Preparation:
Heat the phase I to 80-85°C. Add the phase II while stirring. Heat the phase III to 80-85°C and add the phase to the 80°C heated oil phase while stirring. Homogenise the emulsion at 60°C. Add the phase IV at 35°C. The pH value must be at 7,1-7,5.
