Preparation:
Procedure 1. Combine Phase A ingredients in a main kettle, mix good while heating to 85°–90°C. 2. Pre-mix Phase B ingredients in a blender type to homogenized the colour powders. 3. Using a high shear agitation, add the pre-mixed Phase B into Phase A. 4. Maintain the temperature while stirring good under propeller mixing. 5. Transfer the mixing to homomixer to obtain proper pigments dispersion. 6. While homomixing the batch, slowly add Phase C into Phases A and B mixtures. 7. Mix until uniformly dispersed. 8. Tranfer the mixing into propeller mixer, continue cooling until room temperature. 9. Store in an appropriate containers.Disclaimer
