Preparation:
Procedure PART A: Sprinkle PEG-2M into water with stirring and heat into 80°C. Add Behentrimonium Chloride into water with mixing until uniform. Add Carbopol® Aqua CC polymer with mixing until water phase is homogenous PART B: Add Cetearyl Alcohol and Isopropyl isostearate, heat to 80°C Add PART B to PART A with high speed mixing for 5 minutes. Slow mixing to moderate speed and cool batch down to 60°C. Add silicone ingredients of PART C in order with good mixing for 5 minutes. Add citric acid to adjust pH to 4.5-5.0 when batch cools to 50°C. Add preservative and fragrance and mix until uniformNotes:
