Preparation:
Procedure Heat part A) and part B) separately up to a temperature of approx. 70°°C and mix to homogeneity. Add part B) to part A) and cool down to approx. 35°C while stirring. Add part C), stir to homogeneity. At last add part D) and mix until homogeneous. Adjust the pH value to approx. 6.0. The crystallization of the product takes about 24 hours. The crystallization can be accellerated by increasing the amount of sodium chloride about 0.5 % - 2.0 %. The cream will then get more solid. Notes *If a coloured version is preferred part D) will change as follows: Titanium Dioxide 1.5 % plus pigment paste (waterdispersable) concentration, e.g. 5.0%. Different pigment pastes may lead to different crystallization and viscosity behaviour. For correction please increase the sodium chloride content by approx. 1%.
