Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Develop gel of phase A while mixing under high shear at 70°C until homogeneous. 2. Mix phase B at 70°C until homogeneous. 3. Slowly add B to A while mixing under high shear until fully incorporated and homogeneous. 4. Cool down to 40°C while continuing to mix. 5. Add phase C into AB and mix under high shear for 10 minutes.Notes:
Formula Specifications at D1: Aspect: Off white thick cream Viscosity (Brookfield, spindle R6, 20 rpm, 1 min): 24 000 – 28 000 cP pH: 5.00 – 5.50 Pilot batch: 6 kg Stability Tests: On lab batch up to 6 kg 1 month at 50°C 3 months at: Room Temperature, UV, 4-8°C and 45°C Temperatures cycles (12h at - 5°C and 12h at 45°C - 2 weeks) D1 Centrifugation (3000 rpm, 20 min)Disclaimer
