Preparation:

Heat the water up to 40-50 °C. Pre-disperse xanthan gum in glycerin and add to the water. Heat phase A and B at 85°C. At temperature add phase B into A whilst stirring. Homogenize using Ultra Turax (2min at 10000 rpm). Allow to cool down whilst stirring moderately. Add sensitive phase C below 45 ° C. Adjust pH.
