Preparation:Procedure • Mix jojoba oil, avocadol and sunflower wax at 75 °C with stirring until a clear solution is obtained • Add PHOSPHOLIPON® 90 G and tocopherol to the mixture and stir until the ingredients are completely dissolved • Mix components of B at 70 °C • Add A to B and homogenize with a rotor-stator mixer • Cool down to room temperature while stirring • Add C • Adjust pH if necessary, to approx. 6.5 • Wait one day for final viscosity
Notes:Technical Data • Appearance: yellow, shiny cream • pH value: approx. 6.5 Formulation Stability Successfully passed internal stress test (6 weeks at 45 °C and 5 freeze-thaw cycles -18/ +45 °C) Microbiological Stability Successfully passed microbial challenge test (Ph. Eur. 5.1.3/ current version)
