Preparation:
Procedure: 1. Add water to vessel and begin heating and mixing to 50ºC. 2. Slowly add each ingredient to the vessel one at a time, in order. 3. Ensure each ingredient added is fully hydrated before adding the next ingredient. 4. Mix until solution is homogenous. 5. Let cool to room temperature, then place into desired packaging.
