Preparation:

Add first Amaze XT at room temperature and allows it to hydrate under slow agitation. Then, add Satiaxane under slow agitation. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add Natura-Tec Rice Starch and heat to 70 °C. Let stirring for few minutes until Rice starch jellified. Heat separately phase A and B at 70°C. At temperature, add phase B to A whilst stirring moderately. Homogenize using Ultra Turrax (2 min at 6000 rpm). Allow to cool down whilst stirring moderately. Add phase C below 40°C. Adjust pH WAY
