Mix water and propylene glycol, add Luviskol K 90 under stirring, and dissolve. Heat phase A ingredients to 80–85 °C. Mix phase B ingredients and heat

Notes:

Appearance: pale yellow, glossy paste pH value: 5.0–5.5 Stability: passed three months at RT, 40 °C, and 50 °C
