Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients of phase A. 2. Heat to 87-92°C while stirring. Keep the temperature for 5-7 minutes under continuous stirring. Homogenize for 3 minutes. 3. Cool down to 70°C while mixing with propeller stirrer. 4. Add phase B at 70°C while stirring. 5. Add phase C at 70°C while stirring. 6. Cool down to 50°C while stirring. 7. Add phase D while stirring. Homogenize for approx. 2 minutes. 8. Cool down to 45°C while stirring. 9. Add ingredients of phase E. Homogenize for approx. 2 minutes. 10. Cool down to 38-40°C while mixing with anchor stirrer and pour into final packaging at this temperature. Ensure to keep temperature stable at 38°C to avoid destruction of crystalline structureNotes:
