Preparation:Blend the Cocoa Butter and the Phytocream together at 65°C. Add the Water at 65°C. Stir and then homogenise. Add the Soluble Cocoa Fibre slowly, whilst stirring. Homogenise. Add the Tylose while stirring. Continue stirring and cool to below 50°C before adding the rest of the ingredients. Stir to 35°C before filling.
