Curl Defining Conditioner (RC-17)
Preparation:• Add the water to the vessel and begin to stir. • Premix the glycerin and hydroxyethylcellulose, add to the water and stir until thickened. Continue to heat to 80 – 85°C. Add the fats and stir until melted. Homogenise at 3000rpm until smooth and white. • Cool to below 40°C and add the remaining ingredients in order.
Notes:-White, viscous emulsion Viscosity @ 25°C- 10000 – 20000cPs (Brookfield Helipath, T Bar C,10rpm) pH @ 25°C- 3.0 – 4.0
