Preparation:
Add Xantan Gum to the water and let it hydrate well (30 minutes should be enough). Then add ingredients from A3 to A7 and mix well. Adjust pH to 5.2 – 5.5 by Lactic Acid (or Citric if preferred). Emulsify B1 into the batch and well homogenise.Notes:
