Preparation:
In the main vessel premix ingredient of phase A in the given order with gentle mixing to avoid air inclusion. In a separate vessel combine B2 and B3 while mixing. Slowly add B1. Add phase B to phase A little by little: mix until a clear, pale yellow liquid is obtained. Add C1 to AB and mix. Adjust pH if necessary.

Appearance : pale yellow, clear liquid pH: as desired, depending on the use of the wipes
