Preparation:
Mix at room temperature ingredients of phase A; dissolve Inulin in water and add it to phase A. Premix phase C and add it to the main batch; with a solution of Citric Acid adjust the pH to 5.0-5.5, this procedure will increase the viscosity till to the desired value.Notes:
