Preparation:

1. Combine phase A and heat to 80-85oC. 2. When fully molten and homogenous, add phase B and homogenise. Re-heat to 75-80oC. 3. Prepare phase C and heat to 75-80°C. 4. Add C to A/B slowly with intensive stirring. Homogenise for 2 mins per 100g. 5. Add D with stirring. Homogenise for 1 min. 6. Cool with intensive stirring to 50oC. 7. Add phase E below 50oC. Continue to cool with stirring to room temp.
