Preparation:
1. Heat phase “A” 80C. 2. Combine phase “B” ingredients and heat to 80C. 3. Add phase “B” to phase “A” with propeller mixing and mix until uniform. 4. Begin cooling to room temperature with continued mixing. 5. Add phase “C” to batch at 30C. 6. Cool to room temperature.Notes:
pH @ 25C = 6.45 Viscosity @ 25C (Brookfield RVT; Spindle T-C @ 10 rpm) = 83,000cps STABILITY: Passed 1 month @ 50CDisclaimer
