Scoopable Hair Soufflé
Preparation:Separately combine Phase A and Phase B ingredients with stirring and heat to 75-80 ºC. Add Phase A to Phase B with stirring until uniform. Continue stirring and allow to cool. Once below 35 ºC add Phase C ingredients individually with stirring.
Notes:Appearance: Cream emulsion pH: 4.86 Viscosity: 11800 cP +/- 10% (Spindle 3, 10 rpm, 1 minute, ambient, Brookfield DV-I+) Stability: 3 months at 5°C, 25°C, 40°C and 45°C. 1 month at -5°C/40°C lease note, In the light of the scientific Opinion (SCCS/1238/09), the European Commission proposes to restrict the use of the Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone mixture preservative to rinse-off products.
