Soft Touch Sun Milk Kids LSF 30

This Soft touch Sun milk for Kids with LSF 30 is a very mild and smooth formulation with a broad range protection level. The calculated SPF is 32, calculated UVA-PF is 12,4 and the ratio is 2,4. The addition of tetrasodium EDTA in phase 1 is to avoid discoloration of AakoSun AVB with Fe2+. The AakoEmu PCP is completely free of halogenated compounds and in this formulation it act as an very mild emulsifier and provides also a boosting effect to the LSF level. Due to this ingredient very small droplets will be formed and gives an extra soft feeling on the skin.

Preparation:

Procedure: - Heat water phase 1 and oil phase 2 separately to 70 °C under stirring -Homogenize the oil phase (phase 2) for 2 min. with Ultra Turrax at max. speed to finely disperse the Titanium Dioxide at 70 °C - Add the oil phase to the water phase under stirring at 70 °C - Homogenize the emulsion for 2 min with Ultra Turrax at max. speed - Cool down under stirring to 45 °C, add phase 3 and homogenize for 1 min at max. speed. Cool down to 30 °C and adjust the pH to 6,2-6,5
