Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and B up to 70-75°C. 2. Add B into A under slow stirring. 3. Hydrate the phospholipids under medium stirring for 20 minutes. 4. Homogenize AB under maximum stirring for 3 minutes. 5. Cool down under medium stirring. 6. Add C below 40°C. 7. Adjust the pH if necessary.Notes:
