Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and C up to 70-75°C. 2. Keep A at 70-75°C under slow stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 3. Add B into A and stir until the gel is fully developed. 4. Add C into AB under slow stirring and maintain stirring rate for 5 minutes to emulsify. 5. Increase stirring rate up to maximum to homogenize the emulsion. 6. Cool down under medium stirring. 7. Add D, E and F ingredients one after the other below 40°C. 8. Adjust the pH if necessary.
