Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and B up to 70-75°C. 2. Introduce B into A under medium stirring. Mix for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 3. Increase stirring rate up to maximum level with a rotor stator blender for 3 minutes 4. Add C and mix until the product is homogeneous. 5. Cool down under slow stirring. 6. Add ingredients of D, E, F and G one by one below 35°C. 7. Adjust the pH if necessary.
