Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and B up to 75-80°C. Mix Ecogel with glycerin. Add this mixture to phase A under stirring. 2. When the gel is fully dispersed, add phase C and keep it at 70-75°C under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 3. Prepare phase E. Add it to phase ABC and keep stirring until the mixture gets homogenous. 4. Prepare phase D. Heat it up to 75-80°C. 5. Poor phase D and keep stirring for 5 minutes. 6. Homogenize using a rotor-stator, 3 minutes at 3000rpm. 7. Cool down to room temperature under gentle stirring. Add then phases F and G.Notes:
