Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Prepare phase B: grind each pigment at 50% in glycerin (three times in a three roll mill). 2. Heat A and C up to 80-85°C. Keep A at 80-85°C under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 3. Add B into A under slow stirring. 4. Add C into AB under medium stirring and maintain stirring rate for 5 minutes to emulsify. 5. Increase stirring rate up to maximum level for 3 minutes. 6. Cool down under medium stirring. 7. Add ingredients of D one after the other below 40°C. 8. Adjust the pH if necessary.Notes:
