Preparation:Procedure • Add Carbopol® Aqua SF-1 polymer to water. Add ALES and ALS with gentle mixing to minimize air entrapment. • Neutralize to pH 6.5 with sodium hydroxide. Heat to 65-70°C • Melt PART B in a separate vessel by heating to 65-70°C and then add to the batch. Mix until uniform and start cooling with agitation. • At 40°C, add PART C ingredients to the batch in order and mix until uniform. • Adjust final pH with citric acid (back acid process) and mix well.
