Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure:
- Heat A and B up to 60-65°C. Keep A under strong stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids.
- Add B into A under maximum stirring and maintain stirring rate for 3 minutes to emulsify.
- Cool down under medium stirring.
- Add C, one after the other and D below 40°C.
- Adjust the pH if necessary.
