Preparation:

Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and C up to 70-75°C. 2. Maintain phase A under medium stirring at 75°C to hydrate phospholipids. 3. Add B in A and stir until the product is thick and homogeneous. 4. Add C into AB and stir strongly until the product is homogeneous. 5. Cool down under stirring. 6. Add D below 40°C. 7. Adjust the pH if necessary.
