Preparation:Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and B up to 70-75°C. 2. Add B into A under medium stirring. Increase stirring rate until the product is thick and homogenous. 3. Add C. 4. Prepare premix D: heat D up to 70-75°C. Keep under slow stirring until the phase is smooth and homogeneous (20 minutes). 5. Add slowly D in the emulsion under slow stirring. The emulsion becomes fluid. 6. Cool down. 7. Add ingredients one by one: E, F and G under slow stirring below 35°C.
