Preparation:
Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A at 70 °C. 2. Keep A at 70°C under slow stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 3. Add premix B into A and stir until the gel is fully developed. 4. Heat C at 70 °C and add into AB under medium stirring. 5. Increase stirring rate up to maximum level for 3 minutes to emulsify. 6. Cool down under medium stirring. 7. Add D, E and F below 40°C. 8. Adjust the pH if necessary.Notes:
