Preparation:Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Prepare phase A and start heating up to 70-75°C. 2. Mix phase B and add it to A. 3. When temperature is up to 65°C, add phase C and apply medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 4. Prepare phase D and heat it up to 70-75°C. 5. Add D into ABC and let for 5 minutes to emulsify. 6. Increase speed rate to maximum level for 3 minutes to homogenize. 7. Cool down under medium stirring. 8. Add E (ingredients one by one) and F below 40°C. 9. Adjust the pH if necessary.
