Preparation:

1 Add Phase A ingredients into a main mixing tank and mix with an overhead prop mixer. 2 Disperse Phase B into Phase A. Mix well. 3 As viscosity develops, begin to add Phase C ingredients, one at a time in the order that they appear in the formula, into Phase AB. Mix on high until uniform. 4 Homogenize to ensure that batch is uniform and chunk-free. 5 Make final property checks for appearance, viscosity, and pH at room temperature. 6 Titrate in Phase D, if necessary, to obtain desired pH.
