Preparation:

Swell SolagumAX in water, add other ingredients in phase A and heat to 80°C. Add phase B to main tank and heat to 80°C. Add C to B. Suck A into main tank, homogenize the mixture with rotor-stator 4000rpm and anchor 50 rpm for 6 minutes. Stop rotor stator and keep stirring under anchor 50 rpm for 10 min. Cool down slowly under vacuum. At 50°C add phase D under anchor stirring 50rpm 5 min. Add phase E separately under anchor stirring 50rpm for 20-30 minutes until uniform.
