Preparation:
1 Add ingredients of Phase A into a main mixing tank using an overhead prop mixer. 2 Disperse Phase B into Phase A one at a time in the order given in the formulation. Mix well. 3 Pre-slurry Phase D and hold until Step 5. 4 As viscosity begins to build, add Phase C ingredients into Phase AB. Mix well. 5 Add Phase D into Phase ABC and continue to mix. 6 Add Phase E ingredients into Phase ABCD. Mix at high speed until uniform. 7 Once all Phases have been added, homogenize until batch is uniform and chunk free. 8 Make final property checks for appearance, viscosity, and pH at room temperature.Notes:
