Preparation:

To a secondary vessel, add A and start mixing. Add B and heat to 85°C. Add C in order. When A–C is homogeneous, add D and mix well. Add E and mix until E is well-dispersed. Add F to the main vessel. Dissolve G in F with continued mixing. Add H and stir until fully incorporated. Start heating to 80°C and add premix of I. When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add the oil phase (A–E) to the water phase (F–I) with prop mixing. Start homogenizing and cooling. When batch reaches 55°C, start sweep mixing and continue cooling. Replace any water lost to evaporation and mix until smooth and at desired filling temperature. Stop cooling and mixing, perform final quality assurance checks, and package product.
