Preparation:
1. Heat phase A and phase B separately to 70°C- 75°C. 2. Add phase A to phase B while stirring. (if you have to add phase B to phase A, don’t stir). 3. Homogenize 4. Cool while gentle stirring to 40°C and add phase C. 5. Homogenize 6. Add phase D 6. Adjust pH to 5.0 – 5.5.Notes:
