Preparation:
1. In main vessel, add water and begin slow homogenization. Add Disodium EDTA and mix until completely dissolved. Heat to 70°-75°C. 2. In side vessel, add all Phase B ingredients. Heat to 70°-75°C with mixing. 3. Add Phase B to Phase A using homo-mixing. Homogenize for 10 minutes. Begin cooling. 4. Cool to 60°-65°C and add Phase C one by one with mixing. 5. Cool to 40°-45°C and add Phase D one by one with mixing. 6. Switch to sweep blade and cool batch to room temperatureNotes:
