Brookswax P is an effective emulsifier and forms a smooth, creamy product while CT-100 provides conditioning and emulsifying. Oligoquat M is highly substantive remaining on the hair after rinse-off resulting in moisturizing and conditioning. This system is preserved with Mikrokill™ COS.

Preparation:

Procedure 1. Heat water and Glycerin to 80°C, add Brookswax P, Cetyl Alcohol and CT–100, and mix for 20 minutes. 2. Cool to 45°C and add Mikrokill COS, Oligoquat M, and Zinc Omadine Enhanced CP Dispersion. 3. Mix and cool to room temperature.
