Preparation:

1. Heat Phase A in the main batch to 75°C, slowly add Carbopol ULTREZ-10, and mix well. 2. Heat Phase B to 75°C, mix well. 3. Add Phase B premix to Phase A, mix and begin cooling. 4. Add Phase C to the main batch. 5. At a temperature of 45°C or below add Phase D. Mix well.

Appearance: White lotion pH: 6.5 - 7.0 Viscosity: 70,000 - 90,000 Mean (Average) Particle Size: 26.872µm
