Preparation:
Procedure Part A: sprinkle Ultrez 10 in the water and allow swelling for 30 minutes. Weigh and heat Part B to 75°C in a water-bath. Heat Part A to 75°C in a water-bath. Weigh Part C and melt it to 60°C. Weigh Part D and heat to 65°C in a water-bath. Pour Part B into Part A with staro stirring (s=300 rpm). Extemporaneously, add Part C to Part (A+B) and homogenize well. Add Part D to Part (A+B+C) at around 65°C. Homogenise well. The emulsion turns to yellow. Add Part E at around 50°C. Homogenise well. Add Part F and homogenise well until room temperature is reached. pH = 6.30Notes:
