High SPF Sunscreen KSL-219

Kobo Products
This high SPF creamy W/O emulsion is transparent and uses Kobo's Zinc Oxide Dispersion, TNPB80MZCM, and Kobo's Titanium Dioxide Dispersions TNP45TEL and HBP45TEL, to give a broad spectrum formula. SunBoost ATB, which contains a proprietary ratio of anti-oxidants, anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory agents, helps boost SPF and PFA. SF1202 and ELEMENT14 PDMS 350 are silicones that give excellent slip during application and afterfeel. This formula contains 2.35% Butyloctyl Salicylate.

Preparation:

1. In main kettle, combine part 1 ingredients and heat to 60-65 C. 2. Mix part 2 ingredients until uniform and add part 1 under propeller. Mix until uniform. 3. Cool to 28C (room temp) with water bath
