Preparation:
Preliminary phases Phase C: Mix the ingredients until homogeneous suspension; Phase D: Mix the ingredients until clear solution under cupboard; excessive foam formation must be avoided. Phase E: Mix the ingredients until clear solution; Addition scheme 1) In main mixer, add Viscarin PC 209 to water and homogenize with turbine and blades, under vacuum, for 10', then heat the phase to 65°C, always under vacuum. At this temperature, homogenize with turbine and blades under vacuum for 10'. Sample and check homogeneity. 2) In a side mixer add ingredients A1, mixing until clear solution after each addition. 3) Add phase A1 to phase A and homogenize with turbine and blades for 10’ while starting to cool to room temperature. 4) Add, in sequence, ingredients B and homogenize with turbine and blades for 10’ after each addition. Check homogeneity of the phase after each addition. 5) Add, in sequence, phases C, D and E while mixing with blades under vacuum for 5’ after each addition.
