NIGHT-INTENSE WHIPPED CREAM
Preparation:Sprinkle Ultrez 10 in warm water with mixing and allow to swell for 15 mins. Heat Phases A and B separately to 75°C. Add Phase A to Phase B with high speed mixing, maintaining temperature for 10 minutes. Adjust pH to 6.5 with NaOH 18% solution. Cool to 45°C while stirring. Add remaining Part C ingredients and stir until homogeneous.
