Preparation:

Procedure: Disperse Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate into warm water; Disperse Xanthan Gum; Prepare phase A and melt till 75-80°C; Add phase A to phase B under stirring; Cool down under agitation; Add phase C at room temperature. pH: 5.5 + 0.3
