Preparation:
Use strong mixing, without aeration, throughout. To main vessel add B and start mixing. Add B in order, and heat to 75°C –80°C. In a separate vessel, combine C and heat with mixing to 77°C–82°C. Add D, in order, to C when contents are above 50°C. Mix until uniform at 77°C–82°C. Add C–D to A–B with continuous mixing. Maintain at 75°C–80°C for 20–25 minutes, then, with continued mixing, start cooling batch to room temperature. Slowly add E when batch is at 30°C. When uniform, adjust final pH to 3.5–4.0 with F. When batch is again uniform, perform final quality assurance checks.Notes:
