Moisturizing Cream
Preparation:
1. Put Phase A and B into two beakers. 2. Heat two beakers to 85?, stir and make all the ingredients dissoloved. 3. Put Phase B into Phase A, stir and homogenize. 4. Stir and lower the temperature, add Phase C when the temperature of mixed Phase A and B is at 45?, keep stirring and lower the temperature to room temperature.Notes:
