Preparation:
Step 1 : Melting the butter Melt the coconut butter to 75°C. Then add the vegetable oil. Step 2 : Premix of powders Mix gently together the pigments, titanium dioxide and lecithin treated talc. Step 3 : Dispersion of pigments Micropulverize until colour is fully extended. Step 4 : Add Oily phase Add oily phase into the powderous phase and mix gently. Step 5 : Dry grinding Pass through a pulverizer until the oil is dispersed. Step 7 : Compaction Press at 900PSI with a compacting machine.Disclaimer
