Preparation:
Heat the oil phase (A) to 75°C in a secondary vessel. Heat the water (B) to 80°C in the primary vessel. Emulsify the oil phase (A) into the water using a moderate shearing homogenizer. When the emulsion is homogenous, begin cooling to 40°C. At 40°C, add C. Make solution of D and add to batch as needed to achieve pH 5.5. Add E, cool batch to room temperature, and perform final quality assurance checks.Notes:
