LuxVeil™ 5 offers an elegant lightweight feel while Planell Oil ensures skin suppleness. Product integrity is protected by Mikrokill™ COS. Skin is left silky soft.

Preparation:

1. In the main container, slowly disperse Ultrez 21 in water. Mix until uniform and add glycerin and begin heating to 70-75°C. Add the sodium hydroxide solution 2. In a separate container combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 70-75°C. 3. When both Phase A and B are at the desired temperature, mix Phase A with a homogenizer and then slowly add Phase B to A. Mix well. 4. Return to blade mix and begin cooling the batch. 5. At a temperature of 50°C or below add LuxVeil™ 5, continue cooling. 6. At 40°C add Mikrokill™ COS.

Specifications Appearance: Off-White Lotion pH: 5.0 - 6.0 Viscosity: 25,000 – 40,000cps (RVT Spindle #6, 10 RPM, 1 min, 25°C)
