Preparation:

Part A: disperse the Carbomer in water with helix stirring (s=300 rpm) for 30 minutes. Weigh and mix Part B until dissolved. Add Part B to Part A. Heat Part A+B to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Part C to 75°C in bain-marie. Pour Part C into Part A+B with staro stirring (s=300 rpm). Add Part D extemporaneously and mix well. Neutralise with Part E at around 45°C. Check pH at around pH = 6.00. Add Part F below 35°C and homogenize well. Add Part G. Mix well. Check pH. pH: 6.00
